Jinay is a member of the secondary advisory team.

Prior to joining in 2021, Jinay worked as an experienced M&A associate at PwC Deals group. Prior to this, he was an Investment Banking analyst at BGL, a boutique firm in Chicago.

Jinay holds a bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.
